Sections of one eastbound lane will be closed at points during construction

Construction of a new sidewalk along NC 751 (Cameron Boulevard) near West Campus will temporarily alter traffic patterns.

Roughly 1,600 feet of sidewalk will be built on the south side of NC 751 between the Washington Duke Inn and Erwin Road.

The work should last approximately 10 weeks. Sections of one of the eastbound lanes of NC 751 will be closed at points during construction.

The Al Buehler Trail parking lot will remain open, though at times during construction, the entrance to the lot will be reduced to one lane.
