Ben Ferencz: what Nuremberg changed

Ben Ferencz, the last living prosecutor from the Nuremberg trials, spoke Jan. 31. The talk focused on the trial’s impact on international jurisprudence and contemporary human atrocities and included Ferencz’s son, Don Ferencz, an international human rights lawyer, and Duke alum Michael Scharf, dean of Case Western Law School.
