Said@Duke: Ismail Royer on Post-Jihadist Life
Former Guantanamo Bay interrogator Jennifer Bryson, and convicted Jihadist Ismail Royer took part in the event “Insights Into Extremism: Experiences from a Former Guantanamo Bay Interrogator and a Convicted Jihadist” on Jan. 30. The talk was sponsored by the Duke Program in American Grand Strategy and co-sponsored by the Sanford School of Public Policy, the Department of Political Science, the Muslim Student Association, and Religions and Public Life at the Kenan Institute for Ethics.
