Transit Adjustments for Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday 2021

Most Duke transit routes will be adjusted in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday on Monday, Jan. 18.

The only transit routes in service will be C1 (East-West), which will run on a holiday schedule from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and SWS (Swift Avenue Shuttle), which will operate from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Van Services will not operate.

All Health System and University garages and surface lots will be available from 12:01 a.m. until midnight, Jan. 18, for Duke staff and students who own a valid, annual Duke parking permit. Use your permit to enter and exit and avoid parking in patient and visitor areas.

Duke's Parking and Transportation Services offices at 302 Science Dr. (Science Dr. Garage) and Duke Clinic will also be closed Monday, Jan. 18. Regular hours resume Tuesday, Jan. 19.
