Working@Duke writer Jonathan Black has found comfort in cooking during the pandemic. His go-to recipes are balsamic tomato and caramelized onion tarts, roasted chicken, and tortilla lentil soup.

What is a favorite pandemic dish that you’ve been cooking?

We invite Duke staff and faculty to share a recipe and photo of a homemade meal that has brought comfort, rave reviews, or fun during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Write working@duke.edu with your newly found or go-to recipe (include a URL if you have it) by 9 a.m. on April 14. Please provide your name, department, and phone number and attach a picture of your creation if you have one.

We’ll feature dishes in an upcoming story, and we're giving away a few "Proud to be Working@Duke" t-shirts.
