Affordable Luxury with Washington Duke Deal
Faculty and staff can join Executive Club for 25 percent off until Oct. 15

From now until Oct. 15, all Duke faculty and staff can get pampered in the same way with a special discount to become an Executive Club member at the Washington Duke. A new "Classic" membership costs $379, but Duke staff and faculty pay $284 through mid-October. The deal is offered by PERQS, Duke's employee discount program.
The special rate provides savings to Duke employees, who can dine at the Washington Duke’s AAA Four Diamond, Forbes Travel Guide 2015 Four-Star Award restaurant and stay in spacious rooms that have also earned the hotel a AAA Four Diamond 15 years in a row.
In addition to two free guest room nights during the yearlong membership, other benefits include:
- Complimentary overnight valet parking
- Up to 50 percent off meals, depending on total number of dining guests
- One voucher for a complimentary "Chef's Platter" of assorted desserts for up to eight people
- One voucher for a complimentary Saturday brunch for two
- One voucher for a complimentary "Classic Tea" for two on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays
- Unlimited number of $10 discounts on prevailing daily guest greens fees to play golf
- 10 percent off non-sale apparel items at the Duke University Golf Club Pro Shop
Each membership also comes with invitations to menu previews, theater performances, sporting events and more.
A complete list of benefits can be found on the Washington Duke Inn website. As part of the PERQS offer, an additional discount is also available for the Washington Duke’s “Platinum” membership for $924, down from $1,074. That membership offers deeper discounts and perks.
The discount is available for new members only. Employees have the option to renew annually at a discounted rate.
To sign up for the special rate, new members can contact the Executive Club office at (919) 313-9604 and identify as a Duke employee.
